I recently got into Penn State Law with a scholarship of $32,000 a year! I am still in 5 waitlists including temple and northeastern which I am still very interested in both (and holding hope). also still waiting to hear back from Howard.

my long term career goal is public interest/criminal justice reform but I am interested in going into Big Law post grad. im debating on penn state because according to their recent stats, only 13% went into big law. their deposit deadline is on Monday so I need to make a decision asap!! thoughts?

i am very interested in nusl due to their strong public interest mission, but am also interested in going into big law for my first few years post grad. also slightly concerned about connections/job opportunities outside of Massachusetts. can any current nusl student provide insight into this?…truly how is the big law and out of state placement there?

*yes I have read the aba reports I would just like a students pov*

current HUSL students: what has your ACTUAL experience at Howard been like? i’m curious about:

- administration (communication, organization, support)

- access to summer associate/Big Law opportunities

- faculty quality and support

- overall student environment/culture

if you had the choice again (ignoring cost), would you still choose HUSL?

also, how concerned are you about the lower bar passage rates, unemployment and big law placement?
