Can't keep hips down

Last week I recorded myself doing DL and I noticed that I raise my hips just before the lift and make it into a stiff-legged instead of a regular DL. I've tried this week to focus on keeping my hips down, but I can't seem to make it work somehow. So I'm a bit at all loss as to what to do. Should I go way down on weights to work a ton on mind/muscle-connection? Should I try switching to sumo (I have long legs, so maybe this wouldn't be the worst idea)? Would really appreciate any thoughts you guys have.
