Currently, have a new account and install is going terrible. Still no signal after 24 months of repeated effort to resolve.

Tried to get installed over two years ago and my townhouse had no signal, but signal at the box. Work order put in, no result. Another work order and again no result. Returned eqpt and cancelled order and asked for a work order to be submitted. Doubt there ever was...

Every 3 mos. or so I would ask a Spectrum Tech in the complex if my service worked and they would say yes. I said are you sure? Again yes. Can you please check? Upon checking, no signal and "I'll put in a work order."

Upon checking, no signal and "I'll put in a work order." Rinse and repeat a few more times over the last year and it is always the same.

Get their never ending mailers and contact Spectrum, green light for service and signed up for internet and mobile. As I sit here, my connection still has no service even after seeing the green light for install. I tried so hard to get this resolved. I have been patient, respectful of all Spectrum employees. I have asked politely, many many times. I have been given assurances again and again. I have believed their representatives (7+) when they say they'll get to the bottom of it, promised that they'll reach back out, and nothing. So, Reddit, you are my last hope.

So, in all honesty. Am I never to be a customer? Is there some primary issue I am unaware of that blocks my every attempt to get service and give you my money? Have I misspoken to someone? Do they need an apology? Where is it that I am going wrong here? What is it about my approach that doesn't get any result at all? Who can I speak to? Where can this be escalated? Do I need an Act-of-God to get help? Do I have to be a Verizon customer? I live in a city of one million people and hundreds of thousands of people enjoy Spectrum services. My complex has almost 400 units, they also enjoy Spectrum services. But, not me? Why???

Can I at least get an award for my persistence?
