I went to regal Atlas Park theatre today to see the Michael movie loved it 🙏 but don't get why there's always some random bs when you go to this theatre!I purchased my tickets on March 26 so I get to the theatre with my mom it was the 350 showing the guy checks the ticket he says oh the tickets were refunded yet I never cancelled the tickets and the seats were still in the tickets I purchased they need to fix the service in this location asap 🙄 I had to purchase new tickets and all they said was money will be refunded in 3 to 5 days but that's not the point luckily we still got good seats and the same showtime
