Has anybody ever had elevated prolactin levels during TRT therapy? My hormone clinic provider wants me to follow up with my PCM and my PCM thinks it's from the testosterone but hormone provider does not. From the little research I did, it can happen through aromatization in which its converted into estrogen and that excess estrogen stimulates prolactin production. My estrogen levels were at 70 though.
