HELP: Helios 16 (Monitor Displays Nothing)
The monitor is not working properly. It just displays nothing but black screen. I tried connecting an external monitor via HDMI. It worked but as soon as I updated the Graphics driver via Device Manager, the display from the secondary monitor stopped so it can't display anything now on both primary and secondary display it is just black screens.
How do I fix it? Please help me. I am desperate. It boots up but it shows no display but the sounds are responsive.
