It's not the fact the internet went out (it happens - even when you think you're getting the best). But the customer service for this company is GARBAGE. You can't tell people "It will be restored by 7pm tonight" then go dark for an entire weekend.

This isn't 2008 - TONS of people work from home now. At the very least, ziply needs to inform their customers what is going on/a timeline of some sort so that they can at least make other plans in the meantime. Totally unacceptable to go without internet for over 3 days and not be given any notice as to what happened or when it will be fixed.

When a company messes up so badly, they got me wishing I was still stuck with Comcast - that's a MAJOR issue.
