2021 Honda pilot Touring 8 passengers AWD , 250,000 miles, 3.5L V-6 Gas

$15,999, no accident.

I am new to buy a car on my own. It seems a good price but I am very nervous about negotiating price - I have social anxiety. How much is the fair price for both parties?

I have a hand me down 2013 Honda pilot AWD (cloth seats) worth maybe $2000 but recently got in a minor car accident with damaged bumpers.

Should I pay cash or finance?
