Is this sofa any good?
I am looking at sofa/couch to purchase and considering Mainstays Memory Foam Futon. Has anyone used it? Is it comfortable and worth the money?
Is there any sofa from Walmart that you recommend?

I have just moved to my new apartment and the other day I was trying to install a bidet to my toilet. The installation itself was pretty straigtforward but after I was done I noticed the T-valve (where it is connected to the tank) is leaking. I made sure I used the rubber and put it properly. I could fix it by tightening the knot but the the toilet wasn't flushing properly and I had to manually move the fill valve for it to function. I took the bidet apart and let the building manager know and they sent someone to fix it. They also mentioned that installing bidet is not something they do and I have to do it myself. I am afraid to do it again and cause the leak again. What can I do to make sure it works this time (don't wanna ask the building manager again to fix it)
I broke up with my ex about 3 months ago. We were together for 8 years and tomorrow is his birthday. I don't know whether I should send him a text wishing happy birthday. I wanna do it not because I am expecting to start a convo, just out of respect and politeness because we were together for so long and separated on good terms. On the other hand I don't want him to think that I am trying to initiate a conversation or want anything more. Don't know what to do...

There is this girl in the office where I work, she is around 10 years younger than me (me in my early 30s, her around mid 20s) she is in a differet team and sits a few desks further than where i sit. I noticed a couple months ago that her outfits are simialr to mine. I didn't think much of it and even was a bit flattered as I thought my fit is good enough to inspire other people. But now it's getting weird. She is copying my exact appearance. I'm talking very similar if not the same clothing, same colors, style, accessories, etc. It's getting uncanny, almost like she is snapping pics of me when I'm not paying attenction so she could buy the same stuff. The other day I was standing by the coffee machine filling my cup and she approached me all nice and kind and such, asking me where I got my necklace. I got the necklace as a gift in one of my trips and has a pretty unique design, so I told her it is a gift. Guessing she was trying to copy the necklace too. I don't know wht to do. She creeps me out.
There is this manual process at the company I work at which is in development phase of being automated. Another team is working on automating it and it is not moving really fast, so the manual process is still in place. It is a monthly process which consists of basically reading several files with different data and
generating several reports and statistics that business needs and uploaidng them in different locations.
For the past 8 months, my team
has been responsible for doing the manual process and 6 months out of 8, I have been doing the work. Every time I am supposed to generate these reports there is a bunch of new business requirements and changes which requires me to make lot of modifications to the script used for report generation. This takes about 1-1.5 days to make the changes, test them and generate the reports. I make sure I bring it up in team updates to make it visible that I am working on changes required by the business.
For the remaining 2 months, another coworker had to do the file genration and he never had to modify the script to meet the new business needs so he finishes in a couple hours. The manager was thanking him for finishing so quickly and I felt like it was directed to me. I felt upset as there was no change needed from the business and he basically just needed to run the script that I modified the previous month. I am thinking of ways to avoid picking up that work at least for a couple months. It just really grinds my gears and not sure why it keeps happening.
on mobile, sorry for weird formatting.
I applied for a role in a different department of the same company that I currrently work for. The job has a higher title than my current job. The low end of the salary range mentioned in the job posting is 3% lower than my current salary and high end is 43% higher.
Today I recevied the offer. I am getting a 10% salary bump, so definitely closer to the lower end of the range. Is 10% increase the norm in the industry for internal candidates? I am already bringing a lot to the table being familiar with a lot of the prodcuts, procedures and tech stack and realistically do not need a lot of on-boarding. I was hoping to get a 20-30% salary bump. Is that too crazy for an internal candidate? How common is negotiating for interanl candidates and how should I go about it?
our communications have been mainly through slack. I am feeling I am falling victim to being internal candidate and the manager having visibility into my current salary
