Hello there.

For over six weeks now I have been trying to recover my Outlook account that has been compromised and is very important.

I have been in contact with Microsoft almost every single day.

Ticket history is not being read

Same exact steps are being given

False promise to false promise

Incorrect information

Leaving support chat when misunderstood

Extreme horrible fake empathy

Not being able to provide me with the resources to file a complaint

It has been hell and its eating my patience alive. I've never really been frustrated or mad at customer support but this actually is testing my patience. With guess what after six weeks? No solution at all. Just the same endless stuff all over again. The same messages. The same empathy. The same steps. The same answer, the same promises.

I cannot explain my frustration.

So my current situation I have been stuck in for the last six weeks. My Outlook account got compromised that was mainly used for my Outlier account and finances. Therefor this person also got in my Outlier account and I have never been able to get in since.

Six week of contacting Microsoft everyday without any success, filling in form to form to form provided by their customer service. Getting the same repeated advise and message from service agents. In the meantime mailing with Outlier as well where sometimes I get a fast response and sometimes it takes very long. Them also saying they are probably unable to do anything since my personal identification would be linked to the Outlier Account's email address.

Microsoft is absolutely denying to recover my account, even after multiple attempts and having all the required documentation.

Outlier sent them more than 3 emails again (2 of them are follow ups) to clearify Microsoft will do about anything to not recover my Outlook account and I want to continue working on Outlier.

I am wondering if there is any other solution or way to contact Outlier about my account? Fun fact I got banned from the Outlier Reddit because my complaint was reported as scam? I am just looking for help at this point.
