Partial Positive Capacitor Pad Damage

Partial Positive Capacitor Pad Damage

So I was replacing bad caps on this board and found a previous replaced cap with a damaged pad. It looks to only be partially damaged. Does this need to be repaired? If so, what would be the best method?

Does anyone here use insulated high voltage gloves to remove boards? Basically just until you get it to a safe place to work on? Or other work that can potentially expose you to stored high voltage?

Apologies for the mess. I'm just beginning to set up shop in my basement. So I'm a total beginner and I started to buy some equipment to get into vintage and high end audio repair(hopefully). I purchased these used and it seems like things are working? It will be a while until I really dig into them and calibrate the oscilloscope, if need be. But I'm just really excited about it and wanted to share, I suppose.
