Does anyone know what extra maternity/post partum benefits Deloitte offers outside of our health coverage in the USA?

Im interested in a doula service and cant get a clear answer if there are any benefits for this. I tried calling Bright Horizons and it just connects me with a nurse- who does not know the benefits. I see a brochure on DNet that includes Maven maternity benefits but there’s no contact number for them directly.
