Hiking trails for solo trekking 6-10 weeks

I try to plan a solo trekking trip (july-august, 6-10 week) but I am still not sure where.

I tend to Taiwan, because of safety and public transports, but I am not 100% sure yet.

How are marked trails? How long can you just follow a marked trail?

How are your experieces with camping situation? How strict are the rules in the national parks?

Are there trails with not too much elevation? I love hiking but I am not so fit yet when it comes to climbing. Like for instance the Tarako national park sees amazing but I am not sure if could do it with my actual fitness level.

Solo trekking 6-10 weeks realistic?

I try to plan a solo trekking trip (july-august, 6-10 week) but I am still not sure where. I am faczinated by Ecuador, but I am not sure how ideal is it for a solo female trekking trip.

How is public transport (since I don't have a drivers licence)? How are hiking trails and how are camping opportinies?

Safety seems ok, according to other posts, and how is it out in nature?

Do you have any experiences?

Danger of bears on Hokkaido especially Shiretoko Nationalpark

I want to plan a longer trekking tour in Hokkaido. Especially Shiretoko Nationalpark seems stunning.

I am very afraid of bears. Do you have any experieces? How can I stay safe? How dangerous is (wild)camping?
