Help with leaking tub
Bought a 2021 Artesian Grand Cayman in September 2025. It had leaked on and off since we filled it with water the first time.
I called Pioneer Pools in October. They sent a technician out and he looked at it. Couldn’t find the source of the leak. No water inside near the pumps or insulation.
Service person tells me it could have been over filled and it would drain out like a bath tub.
It eventually drained out lower than the stairs. So obviously not an overflow drain problem.
They came by a couple times during the winter but no resolve.
I called them end of March and told them to come take the tub. The snow had cleared so there shouldn’t be an issue. They took the tub April 9th.
I got a call today with an update. They’re saying it hasn’t leaked at all since they took it. They’ve run the pumps, checked the inside of it. No leak.
I have a giant chlorine burn on my concrete pad where this tub sat that tells me otherwise.
Any ideas of what to do here?
