Most smart TVs won't let you install VPN apps so I'm looking for workarounds for my Samsung. I'm thinking about either running NordVPN or ExpressVPN from my router to cover everything including the TV or using a VPN dongle or trying DNS based solutions.
For anyone who has actually set up a VPN for their smart TV which method works the best? Does router level work better than DNS or sharing from your phone? Do Samsung or LG TVs have any specific problems with VPN setups?
