Wearing minimal shoes and walking barefoot really transformed my health. I want to wear shoes like that as much as possible. But also I am into fashion and like to dress nice. Most minimal shoes unfortunately look like a running shoe or just weird. I want a she that's zero drop and has a natural toe box. Any advice? So far I been using black altras in public because they at least look like a trainer shoe, but trainers are not great for every setting.
If you play in low plate I feel like it's around 50-60% and if you play against decent players most of them will shoot around 70%. Only a few shoot 80% on high volume (unless they're cheating). Anyone know what's the average?
I am fairly experienced in dunking off the dribble. I can jump of left or right foot and also left-right off 2 feet. I can catch self lobs pretty well, but i struggle to catch lobs from other people. Any advice?
Basically a meta 6‘8 you can find on yt but i tried Everything to get most out of every cap breaker. Planned for 25-28 cap breakers but i use it with 22 already. 25 cap breakers is pretty achievable. Just don’t use caps on speed and dunk and youll be fine.
Everything else is minmaxxed.
I had the altra escalante as my first zero drop shoe and it was great! Now they’re starting to fall apart and im looking for new shoes. I want another altra that is completely zero drop, but also as little stack height as possible. Any recommendations?
