I purchased a gpu from amazon and it stopped working after about two years of use. I tried to claim a warranty for it (since it has a 3 year warranty) from the manufacturer (Sapphire tech) and was told to ask amazon regarding the warranty and refunds. The amazon custom support said they submitted a ticket to sapphire and it's been about 20 days and they still don't have an update on the ticket. Is there any other way to claim warranty for this?
