Opinion on Gateway Voyage Online
Hello everyone!
I have decided to write down this opinion, so that maybe someone, who is thinking about doing the GVO, could find it usefull before buying the program. To make it clear - this is not a paid promotion, and it is my honest opinion, that grew within me from some point of the program. Now the last chapter is finished, I think the opinion on this course is already crystalized enough, to share it here, as it was a part of my "intuition calls" from F15 sessions in the void. The decision to participate in the GVO was done due to my own curiosity and need of filling up the cracks, the online available tapes left, and I do not regret it.
Short debrief - I did all the Waves (I-VIII) between Nov 2025 and late Jan 2026, in a pace that I felt was alright with me, having long experience in meditation. Any of the focuses were achievable, but with the online tapes, especially those recorded after Bob's passing, I had some struggle. Eventually, I successfully achieved F27, met a being, had multiple fantastic visions and a couple of patterning, that are still in progress. However, the further I went with the tapes, I felt that something is missing there. I had those visions (and also a talk with a being named Axel), that said that adviced me to go back to F15 and do some work there. I had the tape files from the filen or google share (from one of the threads here), but they were incomplete, some were broken, some recordings were missing, so in December I have switched to Spotify recordings, had new earplugs. And from that on, everything felt going a little off and "too easy". I felt like something is missing, and a lot of questioning came from waves VII to VIII. Even though F21, F23, F25, F27 felt "full", I had this feeling, that it is not necessarily something I should be focusing now on. But also not coming back to the F10-F12, which felt very easy for me, even if I had no OBE during the tapes. After finishing the VIII Wave, I did some other hemisync and H+ programs, which helped me a lot, and are very useful in day-to-day life, but still, I felt like I had some questions regarding the whole program, that needed clarification. During this time, I have finished all three books, and I started to get a hint, that not everything I assumed, was correct about the Gateway in total. So I did some patterning for understanding it more, and finally "filling up" that crack. And in 2 days an info about GVO came into my feed. There was some discount there, I just signed in, and. Well. Here I am now, after the whole course.
The course is divided into 6 sections/chapters with videos from TMI trainers giving nice explaining and introto each of the exercises. What I was worried about the most was the fact, that some parts of the GVO matched the first Waves, BUT there was a whole section dedicated for the F15 part, and that is where it got me. Additionally, in theory, after completing the GVO, you are eligible to enroll to more advanced courses later, including the trainers path (but I won't talk about that here).
First - differences.
The GVO focuses on understanding and getting the most of the program in a very flexible way. You are not left alone to dig throughout the reddit to find, whether or not you are experiencing it in a proper way. The audio has improved, the quality is definetely better, and I think the recordings are much more structured, comparing to the original tapes, however you can still sometimes hear differences in the background volume the very moment narrator is going to speak up.
Additionally, the guidance and intros to every part gives you a greater explanation of the achieved states. What is more, the course is set up to build the "tools" cumulatively during the whole process. The biggest thing for me, that was mentioned during the course, is that one can struggle with for example F15, but achieve F21 and beyond with ease. And this is something that people here on Reddit disagree the most. What I understand from that, is that you don't need to perfect the F10 and achieve whatever you think the F10 is, before continuing to other exercises and states. You can always come back to the exercises, but just because you didn't feel anything in that particular exercise, doesn't mean you cannot continue. And it was a very great advice, knowing that with the tapes, you don't necessarily feel some of them (for me, the remote viewing was completely off, because I could not rely on the EBT, that I also didn't feel familiar with using). And here, as much as I couldn't force myself to believe in the Dolphin Energy Club, it turned out to be a very intuitive EBT that actually works for me. And that was perfectly fine.
Each exercise starts with an intro, a survey on your state of being. After completing the tape, there is usually a short debrief, but also a completion survey about the experience. Then the experiences are summed up with AI... But I will come back to this part later.
In general, if you feel like you need more guidance, with TMI recommendations, then I would suggest actually thinking about enrolling to the GVO.
What is more, the course was meant to be an online choice for those, who cannot afford/can't enroll to normal retreats. This has a lot of benefits, you are not left alone - there are discussion groups to each exercise, and the intros are usually enough fro understanding the concepts of different levels.
Second - positive experiences
What I have experienced with the first Waves, was that the environment around was starting to align to me, and the other way too. However, from Wave IV that feeling started to loosen up, to completely fade out - felt like there were two separate lives. There were some weeks, that I felt like I am actually realigning and had terrible sleep quality during that time. With the further Waves, there was nothing alike. Just listening, meditating, experiencing. That's all, no impact on "normal" life. And that changed, when I got to the F15-F21 from the GVO. To say the least, everything started to shift once again, and realign with the "purpose", that I could not achieve with the original tapes. What also helped, was the guidance from the intros and debriefs, with histories of trainees and trainers, that had different perceptions or methods of getting into the higher states. For sure, that is a very big con for the GVO.
Secondly, the course structure is much better. What I didn't like about the original tapes, is that the "tools" such as EBT, LBM, etc. felt like a compulsory not optional programs, however I think they did not have a great connection to each other, and once done, you don't go back to them... And here, with those intros and debriefs, you finally "get it", how the TMI understands those concepts. And it is quite vast and flexible understanding. Shortly: just because one sees beautiful imagery, doesn't mean you can too. Maybe you need to visualize a TV to see it, and so on.
Next, Miranon colors - this is something I find very useful, and it was finally made into practice with going to the F21. You got the idea of the colors, about the whole general color-theory, and it actually helped a lot with the understanding.
Speaking of understanding. There is one thing, that was mentioned there, that some may not get from the tapes on their own. That you actually don't need to lay down completely still to get the experiences. There is actually a whole part of going for a walk in different levels, AND not using the hemi-sync/audio to actually get to the focus levels. So in theory, as they said - if you get to the focus state once, your brain already rewires itself, and you can get there easily without the tapes. You just need to get comfortable with understanding how do you feel with it without having your eyes closed.
Third - negative things
The current version of "Monroe AI" is shit. It is meant to summarize the journal entries before and after you participate in exercise. It is still in Beta, but... If you work with AI on daily basis, the process of reassuring you with any bullshit you type in, will easily get you frustrated. Having read random explanation and how expected my feeling of joy before the exercise is connected to the course... Well, nope. I think your own journaling with GPT could be much better, than spending time on filling those forms there. BUT, the whole point of journaling was nice and positive, so...
I expected a little bit more from the F21 part. And maybe some more use-cases of F15. It didn't get into the pace of Wave VII-VIII, but still. Three more exercises on F21 instead of free-flows would have much greater impact on the whole course.
The free-flow overdone - as much as the free-flows are a fantastic tool, I don't think they should be count as a part of this course per se. What is more, there is some guidance for those free flows, but having all the preparatory process and going back to c-1 parts, the free-flow lasts very shortly. Therefore, what would be much better - maybe a downloadable, or some expand app access to the free-flows after completing the course/parts of the course.
And here we come back to the technology - maybe I couldn't do it, but you log in via your Expand account. But you can't do the course via the app, and you need to use the browser for that. Well, that's first: inconvenient. Second: you can get distracted. Third: there is a 60min+ exercise for all F levels learned during the course, but you can easily get disconnected due to the session limits in your mobile browser :))))
Maybe due to my own greedy mind, I reckon, that there should be a better integration with the Expand app itself, so that if you have paid for the GVO, you should at least have access to the free flows for the Focuses you have learning during the GVO. The yearly subscription is not that expensive, but if they advertise the app at the end of the program, well... The free flows or the exercises covered in the GVO should be there available.
Finally, there is lack of "what to do next" at the end of the course. For now, the program is still in development. I would love to get the Guidelines, Starlines etc. Online, because well. As much as a normal retreat in the US for the locals is relatively expensive, there is no other way to enroll for those from european countries, without the need of travelling half the continent/world for a very specific time of the year.
Conclusions
In my opinion, the GVO was worth it. First - I now have this feeling of a paid debt, of using the online-available (with a lack of better word for piracy :') ) resources. I definetely got a better understanding of how to use the different Fs in my physical life, relationships, career, without a need to dig through the reddit to find every single opinion and experience. For sure, they didn't cover all the possibilities (what would be impossible, ngl), but the amount of examples, information, and ways to look at a certain aspect is big enough to get it without much of the effort.
What is more, it was also worth after completing all the Waves. It kind of crystalized my previous F10+ experiences, that they could not be fake, and made me more focused on certain parts of my own progress, aims and purposes.
Is there a difference in my life from before the GVO and now? Definetely. I could understand the concepts of colors and release much better now, feel it clearer. Additionally, now I feel like I have filled the cracks the original tapes created, even though it's like a 1/1000 of a drop in the ocean. But at least the part is now a whole.
Will I come back to the tapes or recordings from the GVO? For now I think I will use this time to realign, practice Fs up to F21 in real life, until I feel it is time to move on. With using hemi-sync H+ series to boost it up. And maybe, if there will be any more advanced program available around or online, I will definetely consider enrolling.
Last thing - price vs content.
I bought it with 20% discount, that was available back then. If there was no discount, I would reconsider buying the course, because even if the course was fine for me, the 20% off made it worth buying for me, especially, that in theory it allows you to participate in more advanced courses, so it is a type of a "certificate" or something, which could have value in terms of one's development with TMI, and as I am very interested in what is yet to come beyond F27, and would love to experience it, this was a much cheaper option, than organising a trip to the US (living in Poland) or waiting to join some Western Europe based retreats.
However, if there were no intros/debriefs, guidances, explanations, then even with the discount, the price would be too high to even consider it. So as to say - the explanations and "lessons" taught by the trainers were actually more valuable, than the tapes.
I think that's all - the opinion is quite long, contains my perspective on the GVO, and I tried to cover as much as I could.
I mark it as a discussion, because this could be a great place to get your opinions on the GVO.
