One of my friend has this Thorens Turntable. The entire arm is tilted and doesnt stay in the centre. It tilts left or right. Is this normal for these turntables coz i havnt seen the entire qrm tilting left ir right
Guys, need help here. My turntable which works perfectly well otherwise, gives out a electric interference sound through the amplifier. Something like grounding issues. Although the groundingvwire is firmly in place and plugged in GND socket in amp, there is no change in the sound.
Also when i hold the RCA cable going into the amplifier, the noise/ disturbance increacses.
What can be the issue?
It is a sonodyne turntable, a fairly decent turntable and much admired in India. These were basically rebadged units..from different Japanese brands.
Getting them cheap but need a lot of cosmetic work. Coukdnt find any info on it.
