Eyes vs Screen

Hey everyone. So I wanted to make a post to ask some questions and maybe get some clarifications. I moved over to the S26 Ultra towards the end of March. I honestly love this phone and it's been a blast to use. However about a week or two after I started developing headaches and eye strain with nausea which just wouldn't go away. Medically I got it checked and got told everything was fine. I noticed reports of people saying pretty much the same thing I'm experiencing. More of a me issue aha. I'm starting to think my eyes are struggling with the display. I know most of you won't have this issue but for any of you who do or did. What did you to fix it or would the last resort be to get another device? Sorry this is long. Im not here to bash the device I really do enjoy using it and don't want to give it up. Cheers

Minimalistic Home

Nothing interesting here. Very basic but minimalistic. All I need is the time, date and general weather information. Tried not to have too many apps on one page. The punch hole and wallpaper blend together to give a full screen experience when browsing the homescreen. That's all I got for now
