I recently heard that Marvin Ellison, the one and only man with the lowes branded nike sneakers is coming to visit on store next week and I’m scheduled to work 8am-6pm which is gonna fucking suck since i normally close and go to sleep late so i’m worried he’ll try and talk with me or do one of those lowesnet q/a things while i’m completely fucking braindead from being tired or geeked off my prescription adhd meds since I wanna be functional for the visit.
Another concern is that I work in electrical which in my store hasn’t been hitting sales mainly from inflation and also people aren’t buying whole electrical projects as often as they did pre Covid. Im worried he’ll ask me about me getting credit and other loyalty programs and im very worried to be under that much pressure since its not my fault people dont have the money for massive projects , already having a credit card, or they dont have good credit and I don’t want to be that guy that is basically just an npc that will annoy the shit out of you to get a credit card even if it hurts your credit score by not getting approved.
Has anyone had their store visited by Marvin? If so, how was it and how was your interaction with him if he interacted with you?
