I accidentally bought a used vita 1000 on whatnot, it was listed with “OS” issues. I charged it and got it to turn on without any issues, I went through the setup and went to update the device from 3.69 to 3.75. I let it update but it was just a black screen and trying to turn it on would just light up the blue PS button. I can turn it off and on but the screen doesn’t show anything unless I go to safe mode. Every option is locked except update device. I tried connecting to PC but it’s saying “connect device to pc” even tho it’s plugged in. I don’t have ps3 or a vita game with newer firmware, anyone experience this ?
