Back when the playstation servers got hacked in 2011 they gave everyone access to a selection of 2 free games to choose from as compensation thought id share for curiosity
I've found a PS Vita in my local second-hand marketplace for 150€ and it says it is a refurbished PCH-1000 and everything has been replaced except the MOBO (I guess it would be just a new PS Vita if they changed that lol) and its battery, I don't really know if that's a thing to worry about but it's one of the cheapest I've found so far, it also doesn't include the charger but I don't really mind that.
EDIT1: You guys are damn right, it is a 2000, I read it was a 1000 on the seller's post and I just went with it.

This took me some years to put together and don’t get me started with the actual price of some of those games. But I always managed to grab them at a reasonable price
I found 6 Vita OLED screens that didn’t come already installed in a frame, a bunch of frames with broken screens and 7 Vitas that need new screens that I had thought I already used. After I found them, I remembered that I set them aside with the thought I might repaint the frames once the screens were removed then I started working on 3DSs and Switches and forgot about them. I will start getting these all fixed soon, probably without the repainting. I also found I could get the empty frames for $4 each that would be nicely painted already. Do you think a fresh frame would make the repaired Vitas a lot more desirable or would just the new screen be enough?
I restarted the game and it got stuck on the second cut twice and i cant go any further, can somebody help?
What a day. I marked some Bookoffs and Hardoffs on Google Maps before heading to the car rental place near the Sapporo Chitose airport. I picked up my blue Jimny and planned on hitting all the stores on the way back to my hotel. On the first one I found it! Only 9,240 yen! It came with 2 (4gb) ps vita memory cards, 1 Game, and the original hard case I believe. I paid $220 for it. It’s a 1000 model. Is that a good deal??

Currently on holiday in Lanzarote. I always take a handheld with me, mainly for the plane journey but for quick gaming when other half is asleep etc. I chose my PS Vita as a ChatGPT-based recommendation, as I thought it’d be fun to ask as I was getting decision fatigue. I made the right choice and I’m back in love with the OLED lozenge I bought back in Nov 2012.
Currently playing Assassins Creed Chronicles: India, interspersed with some Ghouls n Ghosts ℅ the PSP Capcom Classics Collection Remixed.
Simpsons: Hit and Run brings back a lot of memories for me. It’s nostalgic, and I love how it was ported over to the Vita.
For anyone asking this question. I recommend Uncharted. I have never played this game, and this game is required to use most of the Vita's capabilities and motions it has. Rub screen, swipe, tap, motion control wii style.
I'm not really a fan of touch screen games but i'm actually enjoying this game very much.
If in doubt, just go and get a Vita.
