I get so worried that I might break a bracket and it happened today :( I called my ortho and her assistant didnt sound happy. This is my first time breaking one after a month of braces. It just popped out when I was doing homework, I didn't mean to break it. I know it sounds ridiculous but I've been so stressed lately and cried thinking she was mad at me. I'm so scared I'm gonna break another one and I'm so nervous when I go there to fix a broken bracket.

It's a public hospital so I pay way less than a private one. I get so nervous when going there, some of them seem like they don't enjoy their job and would give you an attitude.

Do y'all accidentally overdrink water kinda like binge eating?
