Planning to sell my Oura ring 4, Size 10.

Been with me since Sept’25.
Wore it for a week and then realized I couldn’t keep up with a ring and moved to fitness watch. The app is real good and gives good sleep data but wearing the ring to sleep was not my kind of thing.

Decided it could be useful to someone else so planning to sell!

Dubai real estate - Delulu?

I just read a post where someone was asking about how the market looks objectively not by feelings and subjectively.

You see the comments and you realize the brokers are selling fake dream about how “investors” are buying properties ya-da ya-da and how things are perfect and rental are high.
1 odd case doesn’t make statistics and this is people’s hard earned money that we talk about.

I don’t refer to the rich investors who are buying but to the ones who really who buy with a dream of owning a place with limited growing fundsand spend all their remaining life paying for a mortgage.

This is where the problem lies, if you understand how money works- the rich often tend to get richer on expense of the middle or poorer class. Money only exchange hands and in a capitalistic society, there’s definitely going to be people buying properties but that doesn’t mean the market is all good! They take advantage since they have an excess.

Let’s use this space to be more honest, objective and try to not sell people the “dream”. I’m yet to come across a brokers who down right honest and says - I don’t know what will happen to the market.

Will properties appreciate? I don’t know should be the answer.

It’s a simple rule of demand and supply. If there’s demand, price goes up and currently demand is low so ideally price has to go down unless the owners have the capacity to hold on to their investments.

My word of advice- do your own research and these days access of information is a plenty.

If someone is selling a property at a loss = this equates to a person who was also once sold a dream of selling it higher but the dynamics have changed.

TL:DR - A rant on how brokers make everything looks great when times like this you call a spade a spade
