Is it possible to give a URL for a slackbot within a workspace?

I created and installed a slackbot in my company's workspace. The admins are pretty restrictive, so you can't just invite it to any conversation. You have to one-on-one DM with it (go to apps and add it). Most people don't know how to do that, so I have to make an instructional web page. Which feels really dumb. Everything else I do is just 'Go here <url>'. Telling people to type something into a search feels like fixing a motorcycle with chopsticks.

I bet there's a way to give them a URL that takes them to where it says 'add this app'

Anyone know how to do that?

Can I really not save my spreadsheet as an xlsx file?

I must be losing my mind because there is no way MS hates their users this much.

I'm on Excel online web whatever it's called. I can 'export' as pdf, csv or odf. There is no 'save'. If I try to load odf, it says "filetype isn't supported." (Opened fine in LibreOffice.) There appears to be no way to save a spreadsheet as a spreadsheet that I can load as a spreadsheet.

This can't be true can it? I'm just being dumb, right?

I lost my rudder last year and I plan to make a new one soon. It's about 5 feet high, a foot or so long and 3-4 inches wide. It's for a 24ft sailboat.

My original plan was to make a shape out of styrofoam and cover it in fiberglass, but I was persuaded not to by my you, my esteemed colleagues, as it would not be stiff enough.

My latest idea is to do basically the same thing but with a stiffening bar of fiberglass down the middle, basically dividing my styrofoam shape into a forward half and an aft half.

The classic approach would be to use wood wrapped in fiberglass, but I don't want something that heavy and I'm not equipped well for that level of woodwork.

Does my idea sound reasonable to you?
