Hey everyone,

I’m looking for a good mild, everyday shampoo and could use some suggestions.

My situation:

Hair type: oily scalp + slightly frizzy/dry lengths

Experiencing hair fall (mostly during wash/combing)

Scalp sometimes feels imbalanced (gets oily fast or feels dry after wash)

Currently:

Using a ketoconazole + salicylic acid shampoo (Salisa KT) 1–2 times a week for scalp issues

What I need:

A very gentle shampoo for regular use (non-medicated days)

Should help reduce hair fall (at least prevent breakage)

Shouldn’t make scalp too oily or hair too dry/frizzy

Prefer low-chemical / sulfate-free options
