[Fairly OddParents] Do "Da Rules" physically prevent fairies from breaking them, or are they just magical law that the fairies can break, but might be punished for later?

I've always wondered this. Could Cosmo and Wanda break the rules if they were so inclined, but maybe face repercussions from Jorgen later, or do the rules literally prevent magic from happening even if a fairy goes rogue?

Impersonation? Am I being trolled in this DM, or should I be worried? (Android)

I recently received a DM from someone asking why I was spamming them links. I was confused and didn't know what they meant, so they sent me a screenshot of the user spamming them, which appeared to be an impersonator.

However, when I went to find the profile, it was nonexistent and the user said all they had was that one screenshot. This seems kinda fishy, but if it's serious, I'd like to know how to report the impersonator.

Does Cecil fully trust Mark at this point?

They've been through a lot, had their ups and downs. At this point in the story, does Cecil 100% trust Mark to not go rogue? Not necessarily "always trusts Mark to be completely obedient to his orders", but just full faith that he won't turn to the Viltrum empire and pull a S1 Nolan?

Was he ever truly worried about that? Even in the S3 white room scene?
