Does aerlingus offer free upgrades?

Im travelling on my birthday and was going to ask if they have any free upgrades?

Has it worked for anyone before?

Im set for a long haul flight in a few weeks to seattle.

1. Do we know if starlink was added to dub to seattle flights?

2. Is it safe to use the in seat power plugs?

I was thinking of bringing a rog ally x. I know it has a 80Wh battery but that all depends on the mode im playing,

(Silent Mode's 10W to Performance Mode's 15W all the way up to Turbo Mode's 25W (or 30W when connected to AC power).

So i was thinking of using the plug below the seat to use for longer sessions. Just a bit worried about using them.
