After Zane's death near the end of Well of Ascension, TenSoon never gets a chance to see Vin again. And I am STILL MAD ABOUT THIS. He spends all of Hero of Ages seeking her and I just... ;_;

I keep seeing more and more houses being built in and around Nottingham, and I assume it's similar across the rest of England. We have over 700,000 empty homes in the UK (that's a conservative estimate; some sources put it at somewhere near 1,000,000), but I'm always seeing more and more get built. And it's always houses, never medium- or high-density housing like flats or apartments that are more affordable and accessible.
This is especially bad when you consider how many unhoused citizens we have in Nottingham. Every time I visit the city centre, there are unfortunate individuals in doorways and alleys with nowhere else to go. We have empty homes, why aren't we helping them instead of building more?
Someone is slapping big print-offs of some AI-generated horses on their bins in Netherfield. Besides the fact that they're made by the Orphan Crushing Machine that is AI data centres, they are ugly as all sin. I did not expect myself to develop an HOA side to me, but the moment I saw these things I wanted to immediately know who to talk to to get them removed.
First of all, sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it, so I'm asking it myself.
So, to my knowledge, we have exactly four known twinborn characters as of the conclusion of Era 2, and I've noticed that all four exist in a single quadrant of the chart each.
Wax is Allomantic Steel and Feruchemical Iron, which are both Physical metals. Wayne is Allomantic Bendalloy and Feruchemical Gold, which are both Temporal Metals. Miles was double-Gold, ergo both Temporal. And Forch (spelling? I did the audio book here) is Allomantic Steel, Feruchemical Pewter, which are both Physical Metals.
So my question... can twinborn only exist naturally within the same quadrant of the chart? I'll admit, a sample size of four, one of which is a compounder, isn't a huge set to draw a conclusion from, but this question has been bugging me for a while.
