I’ve spent the last few years doing the same cycle over and over. Lose 15 pounds, gain 20 back, get motivated again, repeat. At this point my BMI is over 30 and I’m honestly tired. I still walk pretty regularly and try to eat “healthy enough” but my appetite feels impossible sometimes, especially at night.
Lately I’ve been wondering if GLP1s are actually worth trying or if people online are overhyping them. I know a few people using semaglutide and tirzepatide through places like Harbor and they seem happy with it, but I have no idea what’s actually considered a good option anymore. If you started with a BMI around mine, did it actually help long term? And if you could start over would you pick semaglutide or tirzepatide?
