I have just done my 2nd Ozempic jab, so I've been on it for 1 week and 1 day. I (37F) have gone from 60.10kg to 56.70kg. I know a lot of this is water weight but I'm sure I will have lost some fat... Maybe also some muscle, because I have been eating about 800-900 calories per day. I burn 1800 a day.

My issue is I am only getting 30-60 grams of protein a day. I'm assuming all these people taking reta on this chat are in a similar situation due to the crazy before and after pics. I'm really not feeling very hungry though and I'm trying to do some resistance work outs at home, but I definitely don't want to get less muscular. I'm trying to lift my butt a bit and I would like it to be a bit rounder, but otherwise I would like to stay with my current muscle, just less fat.

Does this make sense? Can anyone offer advice on whether this is achievable without hitting my suggested protein and at under 1000 calories a day?

The 'ideal figure' would be slim but toned like Michelle Keegan, to give an idea of my goals.
