I just recently purchased the PG32UCDMR for 899 GBP. Currently on very.co.uk they have the new PG32UCDM3 in stock for 1,149 GBP.
I am thinking of returning the PG32UCDMR and just paying the difference for the PG32UCDM3. However, I have seen many posts regarding the box quality (egg shell) and wondering if it has been fixed/will be fixed?
I currently am between countries and hence, may need to ship my monitor to a different country in like the next 3-5 years. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience shipping their OLED monitors? And is it even worth it to get the new PG32UCDM3 if their box would potentially cause me damage in the future. (I've also recently discovered the Gigabyte MO32U4; and have heard great reviews even better than the PG32UCDM3 - if anyone has any insight to the box situation for this.)
