I’m 38 and I swear the last couple of years have felt like my body just… changed the rules without telling me??
Like:
I wake up at 3am for no reason
Some days I’m freezing, other days I’m a human radiator
My mood can flip so fast it’s honestly exhausting
Energy levels?? Completely unpredictable
And don’t even get me started on brain fog 😵💫
I used to feel like I understood my body. Now it feels like I’m constantly trying to catch up with it.
The weirdest part is that no one really talks about this stage. We hear about menopause, sure but what about all the stuff that happens before that?
I’ve tried changing my diet, exercising more, sleeping earlier… some things help a bit, but nothing feels consistent.
Is this just… normal??
Or is there actually something that helped you feel like yourself again?
