Hello, where should I place the curtains on these windows? Ceilings are 13 feet. Should I hang the curtains above or below the arch?
I can’t hang them at the ceiling, that’s been vetoed :). Please ignore the furniture, it’s not mine.

Hello, I could really use some help selecting window treatments for my new home.

Should I do navy or dark brown curtains?
Should the curtains go to the ceiling or stop above the arches?
I need to allow light into the room while still maintain privacy. Should I put blinds or shades on the windows to achieve this?
