Is it possible to do emdr without having visual memories (my therapist says no but I can't believe that)? I have a lot of body flashbacks but very few pictures about what had happened. So I wonder if it is possible even if I can not "recreate a scenery" in my mind.

And has anyone got more memories due to emdr? I hope that it could like open a gate to my memories when I reprocess in emdr treatment.
