Hello,

I am a Greek national, and I have been living in the UK since 2010. I obtained Indefinite Leave to Remain in 2019 under the EUSS and have 'settled' status. My husband is English, and I am now in the process of applying for British citizenship.

My mother lives in Greece and has a residence permit from Greece. She also has a Russian passport.

We now have 2 kids, and as it's become hard to travel to Greece, it would be ideal if she could travel here to visit us.

Do we have a good chance of her visa being accepted if I obtain the citizenship? I believe that we can apply for the EU Settlement Scheme, too?
