Moving to either White Plains or New Ro in early July after graduate school. I’m looking at those new apartment buildings and some of them are showing listings for July, but not much. When is it typical to start looking before moving? I have never rented before so I am unfamiliar with the process and could use some help! I reached out to one building but they haven’t really responded once they heard I want to move in July.
