Hi, I recently started a new job that will require me to relocate to the Phoenix metro area. The office would be near the ASU football stadium but I would not be required to be in 5 days a week. I've been looking at a few apartments and was hoping that I could get guidance for which ones are okay, and which are to be avoided.
My budget is roughly 1500 a month for a 1 bedroom. Preferably not in downtown and within a 30 minute drive.
The complexes I've considered so far are
- The Pomeroy (concerns around safety and price here)
- Riata
- Azul at spectrum
- Highlands at spectrum
- Stonebridge Ranch
- Lakeside
From what I understand, Chandler and Gilbert are the nicer areas to live in which comes with an increase in cost accordingly. If there are any other apartments that
