Best site to get natural diamond 14k white gold initial charms of babys name to add to my necklace? Read iffy reviews about baby gold

any suggestions? the catchy has been super helpful but upon assembling and contacting customer service, it turns out it's only for the footrest setting at levels 2 and 4. so currently we're at the highest level because my baby is on the short side which means it would take them very long to even get to the 90 / 90 / 90 sitting position where the feet needs to be flat on the leg rest at the second highest position. such a bummer. hoping there's some workaround to this
