Finally did it! Just submitted my application for a new Model 3 RWD in Stealth Grey on a 24-month PCH via Lex Autolease.

Application is currently in "pending" status (accidentally left my Experian credit lock on initially, but spotted a hard search on TransUnion/Credit Karma already, so fingers crossed it’s moving through!).

A few questions for those who’ve been through Lex recently:

* How long did you wait from "Application Pending" to getting a decision ?

* Does it auto update with Tesla or will I have to notify them?
