Prepped my hard dirt clay lawn basically all winter. Spread and planted Titan RX TTTF from Hancock Seed on March 28th. Watered 2-3x per day for 10-15 minutes (depending on heat, located in Alabama). I’m very happy with the results. I’ll be overseeing in mid to late September and doing the same in March of next year, adding a pre-emergent and start a fertilizer regimen as well…
