i pay 1257 which includes utilities and am happy to sublease for 1000/month. the room is available starting May 11 to July 22. if you need the room only for ss1, or you're serious about the place but the cost is a barrier we can work something out
p.s. the apartment is fully furnished! the room itself comes with a bedframe, mattress, desk, 5 shelf drawer. the living room has a couch and tv and bar stools as well
