I have this weird thing. so last time i used heat on my hair was in 2017, and before that i would never use heat on my hair like ever. I think ive only straightened my hair 10 other times before 2017 and thats all. I dont even blow dry my hair either. Okay so that being said… today as i was doing my hair, i smelt a burnt smell from my hair… my routine is so simple. I have 3a/3b curls so i literally just use water and argan oil for everyday. And the i do other oils on my scalp before i shower. I just thought it was weird. And sometimes when i go through my hair i find like really thick strands that were probably melted in the times i did straight my hair like yeaaars back
