Month 1 EPS showing as "Scheduled"
Have just spent a long time on hold to HMRC, our month 1 bill isn't showing our NIC credit for the employment allowance. He kept telling me that I need to tick the box in Payroll Settings, something I do on the 6th April every year. I've checked again and the box is indeed ticked. He then told me I need to submit an EPS.
Having done some digging it seems that it's an issue with this Scheduled EPS which hasn't reached HMRC. Does anyone know how I can force this to send? TIA!
