I’m on day 8

I started off with the recipe on the pamphlet in the kit I bought of 100g flour 100g of water discard 100g which felt like too much in the jar/waste so I cut it down to 50g of starter/water/flour about 2 days ago, I definitely went through the false rising for 3-4 days and for the last 4ish days it’s been a pancake batter texture with minimal bubbles with no rising and pretty runny by the time I go to feed it.

Photo was taken about 8 hours after the feed, I just don’t know if I’m doing it right and wasting more time/flour and should just start over. Help me idk what I’m doing 😂
