Does anyone else get feeling on heat on the back of their head and back when they're sitting?

Weirdly it goes away for me if I stand up and start walking around or if I lie completely flat.

There seems to be something about sitting on lying down without being completely flat that triggers the waves of heat and 'prickling' to start.

Does anyone else have an essentially symptom free hour when they first wake up (especially if they've slept really well) and then gradually it starts to creep up after 30-60 minutes of being sat upright in bed?
