Birthday money stolen
Today is my birthday (M16) I have been saving up money to go out with friends to the mall and have them spend the night. Atm we’re at the mall. I went to buy something and then my card got declined. I was confused as I had about 215 in my account, and bro when I went to look at my account I seen I had a whole 15 bucks in my account.
So I called my mom and asked her because she has access to my account, turned out she had spent my money on groceries. And before you guys say she needed the money, she had gotten paid the other day as well and knew I was saving up my money for my birthday.
She said she spends so much money on me and that I wasn’t “mature enough to understand.” She always has complained about buying things for me growing up like necessities, so you know I recently started to save up money I got so she would stop complaining.
I’ve yet to get a reply back from my mom so I’m just stressing out. Today was supposed to be a fun time for me so I’m just bummed lol.
TL;DR: saved birthday money for a mall trip with friends, found out my mom used almost all of it for groceries without asking
