First time here, is this worth grading??

I found this old beauty and was wondering if this is worth sending in for grading? I’ve never graded before. Or is it better to just keep it ungraded?

I’m so conflicted! I love both of these cards. I have the Groudon Kyogre legend right now, both of these are incredibly hard to come by but I just don’t know which to go for
