So I’ve been on finestride and topical minoxidil for 2 or 3 years but recently started losing ground. I switched to 2.5mg Loniten on November 28 2025 and still taking 1mg of finestride. On April 3rd I upped the dosage of Loniten to 5mg as I saw no improvements and switch from finestride to dutastride 0.5mg on April 8th 2026. My hair has been getting excessively worse and I’ve experienced a lot of shedding since then (200+ daily). I’m not sure if it’s because the does inc and the dutastride but I wanted to ask if anyone who’s used the same stack has experienced the same or if this is abnormal? I’m worried because my crown is looking much worse since beginning in April. Mainly the thin areas becoming much thinning but getting thinning all across the crown. Any response is much appreciated.
